Second time in this location since they opened and I am impressed. So thankful to all the kind staff and the attentiveness without feeling pressured into buying something. Shelves were stocked & beauty areas were cleaned. They went over & beyond to open a box allowing me to see a product. Thank you so much?

Some of the most gracious, kind, helpful employees. I unknowingly showed up as they were closing but Keith and others still offered impeccable customer service. My return was quickly accommodated and the employees still seemed interested to know what I like and recommend me other products I might not know about. It was, and always is, a refreshing interaction at this location.

The Glen Mills location is awesome. Any time I go in their the customer service is phenomenal. Tommi and another person didn’t get name both went out of their way to help me find the perfect red lipstick. Seriously anytime you go in, no matter what you need they will all help you find the best version of whatever it is. Everyone who works there just seems refreshingly happy. Thanks again!
