I have been coming to this practice for years. I use the Britton Lake Office. My original doctor left the practice. She was excellent. I am now seeing Dr. S. Singh. She was a great replacement. She has been really helpful. She has made herself familiar with my records. Has made several good recommendations and slight adjustments to my mens. Hope She stays for a long time. I also want to appreciate one of the receptionists. Her name is Franie. She has helped me numerous times, especially when I am having trouble working with my drugstore on medications. She is cheerful, friendly, and has never failed to help. ,

I like the doctor. But Crozer's business practices are egregiously aggressive among healthcare providers as I've experienced. They do not value the patient or consider the patient's personal situation in pursuing outstanding charges. Abhorrent.

Dr. Schafer is great! The office Receptionist needs to be replaced ASAP! NO MANNERS! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! My Doctor asked me to make an appointment for 4 months for a followup. Went to desk to make appointment and was told she was done for the day? I told her I just wanted to make an appointment. She reached for a business card and a highlighter out of her drawer highlighted the phone number and said call here tomorrow. In the time it took her to do that she could have made the appointment! REMEMBER this is the first person your patients see!
