We have a Jack Russell and a Husky that have both been to Pinnacle and we love the staff! They have been amazing with our babies and with us. We give them five ⭐️ and highly recommend them.
I came to Pinnacle with a critically ill dog. My dog had to be diagnosed and was then treated. Dr Prober and the entire staff were kind, attentive and kept me informed. They communicated thru their messaging system daily and always responded timely when I messaged them with questions or for updates. I arrived with a critically ill dog that had to be admitted for treatment. Then followed up with his ongoing treatment for PLE. I am so glad I found Pinnacle and their compassionate staff.
I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. My biggest regret is not taking my cat here sooner when he started experiencing seizures. From the moment I walked through the doors the front desk staff was very professional and empathetic towards my situation. They quickly put me into a room where I was promptly seen by a very kind nurse who collected more information and made me feel very comfortable. Shortly after that I was seen by Dr. Sophie Bracken. She was absolutely amazing. She was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She took her time while explaining everything to me and she answered all my questions.
