My boy went from completely paralyzed to walking like nothing happened in less than one month. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. McGrath, who initially explained what happened to my dog in a way that was super easy to understand, Dr. Brewer who had my boy in surgery the same day and saved him. AND all the staff who helped Corkal along. He is not easy to deal with ( if I'm putting it mildly) and I appreciate all the care they gave him, even if he didn't seem like HE appreciated it.
We had to say goodbye to our baby, Bleu, far too early and make a decision that felt like the absolute hardest one we have ever made. We just received a note in the mail from the nurses, staff and Dr who helped us at Pinnacle and it was so incredibly thoughtful and heartfelt. We received excellent care during this difficult day, and Bleu was treated with such kindness and compassion. I felt that we were in gentle, honest hands who helped us make the hard decision, but the right one, in order for our pet to have dignity and not endure further suffering. I was very impressed with the frequency and quality of communication I received while my dog Phyllis was a patient at Pinnacle Veterinary Specialists over the weekend. I was kept fully informed via texts and phone calls about the status of her health, the treatment plan, and the cost of her care. No surprises. In my interactions with the Pinnacle staff—front desk, nurses and veterinarians—I found them all to be compassionate and knowledgeable. Although no pet-owner ever particularly wants to need an animal hospital for their pet, Pinnacle provides excellent care.
