Fantastic staff, always looking to accommodate patients when they can and I've been there a couple of times. Each time is a little bit of a wait but well worth it. Would recommend them to anyone.

My expierience with with Dr. Witherell and staff over the many years has been rewarding. Dr. Witherell is the most knowledgeable eye specialist in the tri -state area. Having experienced catarac surgery and having glaucoma I wouldn't trust my eye health to anyone but him. I do believe his patient load can be overwhelming and office and staff are forgiving for delays. Be patiencent with the him as he is the best!

The cataract surgery went well and everyone was helpful and nice. That was in the surgery center upstairs in the building. I was allowed in to assist my 81 year old mother. Two days later we came for a checkup with the doctor. The office was packed. Probably 15 patients waiting to be seen. Poor planning. There was another woman helping her mother with paperwork. Suddenly the older receptionist yelled across the room at me that I wasn't allowed in. Very nasty. Of course I left. Now hanging out in the lobby with about 10 people waiting for COVID tests.
