The annual checkup visit was easy to set up and seamless. The equipment is modern and comfortable to use. Dr. Donna Grider was professional, organized, and answered all my questions. Even the office staff was courteous and cheerful I heartilly recommend this office for your needs.
I thought the optometrist was very professional and respectful. She listened well and explained well. Since I had just seen my Ophthalmologist in Sept, I only wanted a refraction exam. Paid $110. Was charged for more services than I requested but that may be her policy to not do refractions only.
Dr. Grider is lovely and I had a great visit with her! She was very thorough and kind. The reason for my 4 star review is lack of communication regarding insurance coverage. I called in advance before scheduling to make sure they were in network with my plan. I explained that I needed to order a year supply of contact lenses and new glasses. When I left the iRefract Optometry office, I visited the Costco service desk directly adjacent to the optometry office which handles the ordering of glasses and contacts. I spent almost an hour picking out glasses and ordering my contacts only to find out upon checkout that Costco is not within my vision network. So I left without...read full review
