My 1st time being in there, but I called early not knowing they were closed and Chuck answered anyway. Told me to come in and he'd get me loaded up with pellets. I'd deff use them again, it's nice with small business for them to go out of their way to help the customers!

We couldn't be happier with our new gas insert fireplace! It was an absolute pleasure working with Rob (office) and Chuck (managed installation) and their team. They helped us through the selection process and patiently answered all of our many questions. Installation day went smoothly and we've used the fireplace almost non-stop over the past weeks. Pricing was comparable to other professional vendors. I highly recommend this company!
