Having my eyes checked and ordering, my glasses was very easy and everyone was nice. I received two of my three glasses within the two week time period. Then my third pair of glasses did not arrive for over two months. Then I spoke with Micah Rodriguez- Newlin , and he ordered my glasses and had them in within two weeks. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and I am thankful to him. My original pair never arrived. Micah Exemplifies, Excellence as an employee! Thank you, Micah
Returning to the Downingtown, PA location (after having purchased, perhaps 30 or more pairs of America’s Best eyeglasses), I was so disappointed that I was resigned to look for an alternate eyeglass supplier.Then I was told by a customer of another America’s best location in the Concordville Mall, Glen Mills, PA.Upon telephoning that store, my call was received by an outstanding and welcoming response from the store manager, Mike. I immediately proceeded to that store, and was completely satisfied with the professional matter in which, he dealt with my requests.Bottom line, this is the location that I and my friends will return to!
Jen the Assistant Manager is amazing! She was helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease. I had an issue with my insurance and she was able to help me through it. Very happy with my experience.
