I would like to give a HUGE Shout out to Vander-Built, LLC for taking our project head on, being flexible, & having great communication from start to finish. They took on what I thought to be a worrisome project. The house we bought had a Three Seasons room that settled over the years, pulling away from house. They were able to level out the addition, resupport it properly, & build a new deck around just as we had asked. We were very happy with the final product & had to get some of the furniture out there ASAP! Would highly recommend!

The last major storm we had blew the ridgecap off my roof, VANDER-BUILT LLC was there the next day. Josh showed up early morning and fixed the problem with no issues at all and next to nothing charged. Vander-Built saved me from a possible disaster. I recommend a million times over !!!!!

After calling other roofers and they didn’t call back or come back for the job, we found this company. Vander-Built answered our call right away. They came to see our roof the same day and we got an immediate estimate. They came the following day and fixed our roof. They are very personable and efficient.
