Tower Health Urgent Care - Gilbertsville

We overall have loved this urgent care. We have had to go a few times and the staff has always been very kind and friendly. The guy at the front desk is really nice! Wait times have always been minimal and the facility is very clean and neat.
The last time we went however, I did not have a good experience with the CRNP. I told her that I was currently breastfeeding my 15 month old son and we are also actively trying to get pregnant with a second baby. Then she prescribed me an antibiotic that is not safe for breast feeding and told me I needed to stop. The facility is very clean. The doctor and nurses were very thorough. They answered all of my questions I had . I left feeling good about my results. I'm on the road to recovery .

I came here on a Saturday night not long before closing and was taken right away, treated incredibly well by kind and courteous staff, assessed, diagnosed, and sent home with all necessary information. Additionally, as I drove home I called back with a question I forgot to ask and spoke to the provider within seconds who answered my question and asked if I needed anything else.

This is a great office with exactly what I needed (including an X-ray, which was reviewed in minutes… unreal).

I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area.
