I returned to Mishock PT after having a left total knee replacement. I had previously had PT with the Gilbertsville office before that surgery and after a right Partial Knee Replacement 2 years prior. Each time I have increased in my respect for all the staff administrative and clinical staff. This time I had the additional complication of my husband developing a severe complicated medical diagnosis that required frequent, ongoing diagnostic and treatment procedures. They all went the extra mile to make sure I could easily make all of my visits and attend all my husband's appointments at the same time making last minute changes as needed. My recovery. Making appointments was easy, and they did everything they could to fit you in. Feed back on progress was very good, as Ryan always gave update in progress when asked. If the need arises, I would not think twice about using Mishock again. Thank you Mishock for all your help in my recovery.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is convenient and up-to-date. Jen in scheduling is on top of things and always works with you to get the appointment times that work. Josh is great as well. He got my leg strength and balance to be much improved. I highly recommend.
