“I first used wash-it services in the beginning of 2024 when I closed on my home. They did a gutter clean out for me and were fast, affordable and communicative. I then decided to get the house washed and my back patio and front walkway washed as well as the home needed a good cleaning. I’m not sure if the patio or walkway had been cleaned by the previous owner and I was under the assumption that the stones were gray. I was shocked when they were washed and turned out to be beautiful multicolored stones, and my house was bright white And looking new. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. “Before and after photos of our living room. Replaced the old stinky carpet with laminate hard wood. Chris came out for an estimate (with example flooring) and knew exactly what he was doing. His wife, April gave us a price through email. We agreed and set up a date. Chris and a helper were there ahead of time and worked like a well oiled machine. Done in a day. They spent half the time prepping the sub floor which is the most important part. No f'n around. Looks great and the wife and I are completely satisfied with their work. Chris and April Royer are professionals and we would use them again in a heartbeat for flooring.“
