I am so disappointed in how this practice has declined in customer service. I’ve had to sometimes wait days to get a call back and trying to get an appointment within a decent time frame is ridiculous. Talking to an actual person about a health concern is like wishing on a star. When you do get a call back for an appointment they try to schedule you with someone you’ve never seen before. I thought I had an understanding with my doctor (Dr. Rossetti) that it was very important that I see her or Dr. Holleran to stay in my comfort zone. They're really unprofessional. I love Ellen but it's like the staff discredit her by providing unsympathetic service. The last thing you want from a doctors office is the lack of empathy. If it was easier to switch or if I could just communicate with Ellen herself things would be so much more pleasant.

Love Dr Deakin, she really takes the time to listen. The other docs are ok. The problem is you can never get an appointment there. They have nothing right now for at least 10 days. I needed a pre surgical appointment since my surgery was 10 days out. No luck. What am I supposed to do? She is my pcp! I am switching. Anybody got a good one?
