“6 years, 3 different training facilities, CBD, and doggie Prozac with no results. We were so desperate to find help for our girl so we decided to stop in to Convergent and just have a conversation. Dog training is not “one size fits all” and this was the first time that a trainer listened to what we needed and built a program specifically for our dog. Chip did a free evaluation which consisted of him coming to my home to really get to know and understand my dog in her environment. One of the previous trainers we hired took $150 for an in home evaluation, told me to get a can of pet corrector and a prong collar for a dog with fear and anxiety. We made the decision to go all in and take a chance on Chip, Brittney and team and the results have been amazing! We have gone from a dog that would lunge at cars, bark at birds and leaves and anything that move, and lose her sh!t if we had to pass another dog to a calm, well behaved dog that stays at my hip with no pulling. She is still a work in progress and Chip continues to spend time with us outside of the facility. We even take trips to Home Depot and I got a compliment from a stranger about how well trained my dog was. Never in a million years would I have thought we could even step foot inside a store with my dog. Chip and team have given us a dog that we can now enjoy instead of keeping her locked up in the house. They also offered to work with my other dog that needs a few manner adjustments. You will not be disappointed with this team and you will see results because they care.“

Then, I moved about 45 mins away and Linda is still worth the drive because of her perfect cuts! Alfie leaves with a beautiful cut, ears cleaned, nails trimmed and Linda even gives her a little detachable colorful feather to add to her cute-ness! I wont go anywhere else! “Took our elderly cat to see Dr. Tuttle today and couldn't have been more impressed with the staff. I receptionist was pleasant and attentive on the phone when scheduling the appointment, I believe her name was Christina (sorry if that is wrong my memory is horrible). Liz, our technician was kind and gentle with our senior kitty who can be quite spicy at times. Dr. Tuttle was caring and compassionate when doing his exam and offering treatment to our girl. Will be bringing back the rest of our crew to see him. Best part, the prices were amazing for the quality of care we received.“

“Cameo is the best groomer in the area by far. She has mastered the many different breeds hair cuts and styles. I take my pride and joy Mac to her she knows just how I like him groomed. (The cut I prefer) He looks perfect every time. I pick him up.She is excellent at grooming long haired cats I had a Himalayan cat and she’s did a perfect job on him. The lion cut was so adorable.Her caring and calm demeanor sets the animals at ease. She’s such a kind human being with a big heart. The animals sense that and just love her.“

“We have two wired hair dachshunds that need to be stripped as part of their grooming routine. We take Brutus and Stella to Pittsburgh from Wheeling to Donna at the Platinum Pooch Pet Salon & Spa. The pups always look wonderful when groomed. Donna does an excellent job and the pups really like her. We appreciate everything she does for us, especially how accommodating she is to the fact that we drive over an hour and a half for our appointments. She takes to grumpy tired pups and gives us back to happy pups. They love to get groomed by Donna. Thank you for doing such a good job with a highly specialized service (Hand Stripping).“

“Franco absolutely LOVES "the pooch" - anytime we say to him "Franco, want to play with your friends at the pooch?!", he instantly runs to the door and can't wait to hop in the car! We joke that he'd rather be at daycare than at home. ;) The ladies who work there are the best - they treat Franco like their own! They make it incredibly easy to schedule daycare and boarding. Also, Maddie is a fantastic groomer, so we'd recommend her highly if your pup needs to get their hair cut. Overall, amazing place all around!“
