The Bixby voice came on & I was unable to silence it. Went to T Mobile & they were unable to turn it off & recommended Total Tech Solutions. I went & met a very nice young man who corrected the issue in less than 5 min. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but hope he recognizes this review.

I don’t know where to start. Cody is Extremely friendly, first of all. But it goes way beyond that. Beyond exceptional customer service. Cody will patiently teach you ways to help yourself if you listen to him. I’ve never trusted a computer, auto, anything repair person more - with my money and time. Wish I could add ANOTHER star. Great job, Lad!

I just left their location in Gettysburg PA. I was very glad I stopped as I had been having many issues & need to decide on a new computer. All information and more was given to me. I was even helped with a back up issue with my phone so I would not lose my information & pictures stored in my phone. Many of them are also on my computer. I urge you to stop in should you have computer needs. Prices available on site. Thank you so much!!!
