Terrible.1 wk to get meds refilled & their response "the nurse is going to look into it." Mind I've literally been waiting a WEEK for a refill to be sent to the pharmacy!
Why do you have to call at a specific day and time to make an appointment? If current patients can call whenever to make an appointment, why can't new patients? How does anyone become a current patient if you can't get an appointment?
Absolute joke. Told to call Monday at8 to make an appointment, call, get told to call the next morning to make an appointment, get told to call next Monday for an appointment. Unless you're trying to play Healthcare lottery I don't recommend.
