We hired them to install a wooden privacy fence. They were unprepared (we also had to tell them about the plan & dimensions) and did not bring the right size hinges and latch. When they came back they actually put the wrong size on, leaving just a latch on the gate lopsided and screwed into the corners of the posts. They did not secure the vinyl caps to the posts, not even a nail was put into place. The fourth time they came back, they actually fixed the gate, however, we still had to make repairs to secure the capboard. The owner is unprofessional. We used this company in 2013 because we wanted to support local business, we specifically chose this company because they are in fact neighbors of ours. We first suspected something was “off” when we received no written invoice. We were threatened with collections despite not having an invoice to pay. Their representative was very unprofessional, actually downright rude. We had them come up the road to fix a wiggly pool gate and promptly remitted payment. We have lived with a loose pool gate. This spring, six years later, we renovated our pool area and while relocating our fence found that NO CONCRETE was used to secure fence posts anywhere on our fence. Buyer beware!
