Garnet Valley Property Maintenance & Jim the owner are phenomenal. I posted on our local Facebook page last night as a last resort asking for urgent help to enclose an area on our property that was exposed after extensive tree removal (we are having a kids birthday party at our house tomorrow and I was terrified of someone venturing off in that direction). He was out here this morning and had a crew out here shortly thereafter. Our fence was finished by 5pm! Jim is a wonderful guy to work with who did not take advantage of us financially and the work looks amazing! We will be using GVPM for all future projects!
Amazing service provided from S & D Mechanical. They are here as I write review. They repaired leaking water line in my yard. Great service from the start, Stephen (owner) came out was very professional. Received written estimate from Dawn within hours. Adam came with his guys to do repair. They were all very polite and professional and I would highly recommend this company.

Don't forget to tip, because they won't even mention the word tip to you. They will take a walk-in if they can, but it is well worth making an appointment and committing to getting there on time. If you're running late you can call so your person can take a walk in to fill the time. They always answer the phone. Located inside of Booth's corner farmers market.
