“Smucker Construction was consulted by Christ Presbyterian Church in Camp Hill when we were looking to replace our roof. Smucker inspected our roof and found the EPDM, rubber roofing, was in good shape. Their suggestion was to apply a spray coating over the EPDM roofing to prolong the life of the roof. When the coating starts to ware off they could power wash the roof and respray the coating to renew the roof. This process was much less expensive than tearing off the EPDM roofing and reroofing the large roof.
Smucker Contracting was busy with other jobs but worked us into the open spots in their schedule until they could come to finish the project. Great people to work with and responsive to calls for follow up. The church later called on Smucker Construction to specially make larger rain spout collectors as the smaller ones we could buy were not large enough to handle the water runoff of our large roof. At the same time we had them install gutter guards to prevent leaves an pine needles from clogging our rain spouting. Not having to go on the roof with a back pack blower to blow out the leaves was a dream come true.
