This was a first time for us with our two little girls, Lilly and Serenade. Both came out looking amazing and Mommy and Daddy are so pleased with the results - they were very "doggy" looking going in. Lilly needed special care due to her age and arthritis but came out looking like she was ready for a long walk. Can't say enough good things about the staff and how kind they were. Highly recommended - and we will be regular customers.
This is the best grooming salon we've ever been to. The ladies are wonderful and love dogs. They only groom a few at a time, so it's a very calm, "Zen" atmosphere. It's amazing. All of the dogs look beautiful when they are done. A wonderful experience.
Rhonda is the most patient person I know. Her love for the animals in her care really shows. She is great with the animals, customers and her staff. She is hard to get a hold of but, if you text her she'll get back to you! She is driven and works many hours.
