I had gone to her for a trial for my hair. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind, and she adapted it to my very thick, very heavy hair, which is not at all easy to work with. I asked her to make some tweaks for the wedding day, and on the day, when she finished with my hair and I wasn't totally convinced, she kept making tweaks until I was 100% happy.
