AC died on us on one of the hottest days this year so far. we just bought our home less than a year ago. John's was referred to us by my parents so I called. Super friendly. It was a weekend so I knew there would be a high charge to come out and also previously working at an HVAC company I knew the drill. He told me the cost and said it would be awhile. I said no problem whenever someone can get here that's fine. Few hours later a very nice guy came by the name of Dylan. Checked everything out ended up being our thermostat. He installed it and made sure everything was running properly before leaving.
