Customer service is terrible! Not helpful in the least.
Don't buy a snowblower (cub cadet) from them. The information they gave for the customer to register the serial number was incorrect. There is no 1-800 number to call. Online registration should have been done (we don't do that here) if it's not registered you can't get it serviced. None of this was explained at purchase.
