I had a HUGE (and very stubborn) clog in my French drain and I could not keep my basement dry. I was nearly at my wit's end! Jed and his team worked for HOURS to unclog that drain and despite the relentless rain these last few weeks, my basement is staying DRY. I am so grateful. THANK YOU, Hatch Plumbing!
My heater stopped working during the night, and it got really cold. The guy came after hours to make sure I ordered the correct part (since it's so expensive) and to get my furnace running again since it's going to be 11 degrees over the weekend, and with Christmas coming we didn't want to have no heat for a week. Plus I'm about to have a baby and already have a 6 year old. He was really sweet and helped me understand everything. His wife and the other ladies in the office were really nice and wanted to make sure it got fixed in a timely manner and it was done correctly. The other company I went through before them didn't seem to have a sense of urgency and it was a struggle...read full review
