He was able to not only fix the leak but repair the entire ceiling where the leak had been! He was quick to respond and keep me updated on the plan as things were repaired. He gave us a very reasonable quote upfront and we ended up owing exactly that. He was also very easy to work with and happy to answer some questions about other things on our house list.
