If I could give them zero stars, I would! I was seeing Jamie Wagner at this clinic and woke up one morning with both of my eyes glued shut, and even after cleaning them out...could not see. Now I relayed this information. Her suggestion, because they didn't have any appointments, was to drive to Mount Carmel to the urgent Care and maybe they could prescribe me something and take a look at it because she didn't have the time. This place is the epitome of bad healthcare!! I do not know how geisinger is still around, because every single one I've ever been in has been a bad experience from the nurses to the treatment right down to the doctors, but this one takes the cake....read full review

I had an appointment at this location in January of 2023. After the appointment I was going to pay for anything that was owed but they said they were going to submit it to my insurance and anything that was not covered I would be billed for. I never received a bill or any notice that anything was due so of course I figured my insurance covered the cost. Without even billing me or giving me a chance to pay what was actually owed, they sent me to collections. Then upon receiving the collections notice I called the facility to speak to someone about it and even though their hours are until 7 p.m. on the day I called, no one would speak to me.
