“I can't say enough good things about this company. Eric was extremely thorough and helped through the whole process. The work was completed within 2-3 weeks of signing the agreement. Several structural issues came up during the roof replacement, and were addressed properly, not overlooked. It is very uncommon to find a company where the owner and salesman are at the location while the work is being performed; this was the case with Jeff and Eric! There were no surprises at the end, and the work was completed in one day and to a high standard! They even took the time to paint the vent stack in our roof black to match the shingles and capping without being asked; no other companies these days do these small touches to make the job look complete! “I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof. Unfortunately, I started my roofing project with another contractor and I quickly realized after a few days with little progress, that I was in trouble. “Jeff Kunkel and his crew at Pristine Home Exteriors are terrific. We have an historic stone home in Philadelphia built in 1924 with a steep slate roof that needed work. Jeff sourced reclaimed slate tiles for us that matched what we have perfectly. They replaced about 50 tiles, put in new copper flashing and installed new copper gutters that they custom-made by hand. His kind of craftsmanship, attention to detail and experience with historic materials is very hard to find. We've used Jeff several times and is our go-to roofer now. “Very pleased with this company. They provided an honest, competitive quote for the window and siding work to be completed. In my case, the work was more extensive with rotted wood that needed to be replaced under the siding. They were very professional and organized and were able to handle the replacement of the structural supports and plywood that was rotted due to lack of any moisture barrier (Tyvek) being installed under the vinyl siding during the initial house construction by DeLuca Home Builders. The crew was amazing as well. On time every day and worked hard for long hours to get the project completed. I am very happy with the new windows and siding that was installed.“
