I dropped off two items, a winter coat to be dry cleaned (to be picked up later in the week) and a formal dress to be steamed (next day). Fast forward to the wedding day where an espresso martini was spilled on me and cause quite a bit of damage. I dropped the suit off with limited hope, but was ecstatic to see the result. A conversation was shared regarding the effort that was put into cleaning the suit and white shirt - 3 times through the process, but was still only charged the normal fee.
