While I admittedly hate their practices (read below), Steve is their best asset and is always a pleasure to deal with. Very down to earth guy, and friendly. He's been with them at least since we've lived in our community and every time he comes out he's great. He alone gets them the entire 3 stars.
Just read the other 1 star reviews.. charge is outrageous when they come and do no work. Both Owners are full of themselves and talk about and down to everyone. If you even get a call from them.

Lost heat with temperatures in the 20s. Gary, Steve & Steve were very busy but came out right away. They installed a top quality heater that they had in stock into a tricky building. Kim was equally super-prompt and flexible in the office. Everybody was respectful, skillful, and downright a good person looking out for me... I'm very thankful!
