Do not go here! I went last Saturday. One week ago. I got a mani and pedi. Told them no gel, they gave me gel. They didn’t do the design I wanted. Talked me into gems, which I thought okay maybe it will be cute. It’s not. I should've told her I didn’t like it, but I feel like it’s time consuming and it wasn’t that deep. She originally told me $75. Then tells me $105. The $75 was just for the nails. I still tipped $13. I’ve never had an amateur place charge me this much. A great place, yes. My thumb nail fell off the second I got home and closed my closet. Now, one week later and FOUR of my nails have fell off already. I will NEVER be going back here.

I got my medi and pedi done on Sat and by Sun the polish was cracking on my finger nails. They agree to fix them no problem. However when I went back in 2 weeks, guy tell me I can’t get my nails done here anymore because I complain. Now what kind of customer service is that. Please note I been coming there on and off years but more consistent over the last year.

Update: new owner Lucky jacked up the prices tremendously, it’s unfortunate for the polite staff. $25.00 for a gel toe polish change is a little steep, $45.00 for a gel manicure. I did complain and owner re said $60.00 and added he didn’t care if I came back. This was my second time back under this newer owner Lucky, the first time I complimented the store cause there are a few upgrades. However he asked if I was there before, I said yes for a long time, for the past 2 different owners. He seemed almost bothered by it and trash mouthed the old owner’s, saying she talked to much and that she laughed with customers to much that she didn’t make money cause of it....read full review
