I was referred to SCS by the company (JMS Home Remodeling) that replaced my roof. I had water damage in my dining room ceiling from a bay window. When they say squeeky clean, they mean it. They taped off the area of the room they were working on so that the other part wouldn't get dirty. They fixed my damaged ceiling perfectly. When they left, the area was spotless. I opted to paint it myself, and now it looks brand new. I would definitely use them again.
From the time Kevin came out to do our estimate through the final wrap up, it was great working with this team. Had our large side wooden deck cleaned, sanded, some boards replaced, and surface repainted. Removed old railing system and installed new wrought iron railings. Front porch tile floor removed, supports replaced or repaired, and new Trex deck installed. Removed front railings and replaced with new. Work crew friendly and professional, showed when they were expected (almost always!). Shamrock did a wonderful job replacing rotten structure of our deck. Tim and Mike’s attention to detail with the reconstruction helped us save a portion of our deck. The estimate was reasonable and the job was completed n the time allotted. Thanks Shamrock for a truly carefree experience!
