Kristie provided an amazing design and the team executed it perfectly. “Had it done on 3/13. Fast process. Ken, Mike and Jeff did an outstanding job. They were courteous and helpful with my questions. I was outside occasionally to see if they needed anything. They explained what was going on and how the process worked. I was impressed with the way they were cleaning up as they went. Left everything as it was or better when they were through. I even treated them to lunch as they had never had cheesesteaks. House seems quieter. Maddison was helpful on setting up the appointment to give me a price and on the follow up process. And from what I have seen and read should make a great difference in the temperature in the house during the winter and summer. Would highly recommend RetroFoam to anyone who has an older house that is drafty or a colder room, whether the walls are insulated or not.“

“Dan remodeled and updated an original bathroom, so the work was very extensive. 2 of our friends saw his work and immediately hired him to re-do their bathrooms. His price was the best that we had received. His work was impeccable. He was very willing to work we me on requests that I made. I would highly recommend him. He is very very busy, which speaks to how much he is requested to complete his client's wishes.I would hire him again in a moment. Being so busy, he has been doing quite a bit of remodeling or bigger jobs. He would love to be able to help everyone with their projects even the smaller ones, but his calendar has been packed months ahead. “Spinieo completed a big landscaping project for our backyard and did an excellent job! As with all projects, what started as mid size grew into larger due to our requests. Norberto and Julio worked so well together and the results far exceeded our expectations! We are thrilled with our backyard! I can't highly recommend them enough for any project! They are very professional, VERY respectful of our pups (making sure gates closed, potty breaks) and just pleasant to have around. They showed up when we were told they would be here and worked very hard to complete the project on time.“

He was very fast to get to my property to provide an estimate and gave me a fair price. He came with two other guys and replaced two asphalt roofs, slate repairs, added caps to some peaks, waterproofed a bilco door, and cleaned gutters - all in about 5hrs! “David Wickes has done many projects, large and small, around our house. Like many homes in the area, age has caused everything in our house, including floors, walls, and door openings, to go slightly off-kilter. David is always keenly aware of the special issues that an older home presents when repairs or renovations are involved. He replaced our ugly, drafty, metal front door with a beautiful triple pane glass and wood door; he patiently figured out how to hang the new door properly in our slanted door opening. He also replaced a slipshod folding closet door that had been installed during an earlier renovation with a set of bespoke solid wood doors. David seems to take great joy in tracking down the perfect crystal doorknob or time-period appropriate moulding to make our house look its best. (He is also good at reparing damage inflicted on that beautiful moulding by exuberant puppies). I highly recommend David!“

“I've worked with a lot of contractors over the last 25 years on a range of houses and multi-unit properties. My experience with American Home Concepts was one of the very best.

To start, Casey showed up on time and wrote out a meticulously detailed estimate right on the spot. No waiting days or weeks for an estimate. He asked a long serious of questions that helped us identify exactly what we wanted. He made astute suggestions and provided some fresh ideas, but was never upselling. In fact, he probably saved us money with his ideas.

Amazingly, we were able to choose exactly when we wanted the project to start. The crew showed up the day they promised and worked hard every day until it was done. No 'putting a ladder on the job.' There were the usual complications and adjustments, but they got it all done essentially on schedule and, also amazingly, charged exactly what they had estimated.

The crew was quiet, polite, respectful in every way, and did fantastic work. They carefully protected all the work areas and left them clean and without a singe mark or smudge. We barely knew they were around when they were working, and when they were done everything was as clean and cared for as before they arrived. The results were fantastic.

Between the professionalism and consistency they showed at every stage, the quality of the experience from top to bottom, and the value we received for the price, American Home Concepts is my new standard for judging contractors. I can't recommend them highly enough and plan to use them for all my future projects whenever possible.“
