“Tried to install an outdoor garage light on the weekend. When I turned the breaker back on, it would just keep tripping. I had no power in my basement and was concerned about my freezer, which was filled to the brim. He came out on a Sunday to fix it. Turns out, I had damaged the grounding wire when I put it back together. He was very nice and definitely affordable. He even checked a few other concerns of mine while he was here. “We had installed wall sconces and they weren't working. Mark came and helped us understand why they weren't working (stupid reason) and also explained more about the install so we had knowledge to do other projects moving forward.
