Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time. Brandon ordered the part needed for the air conditioner and installed it the next day.. ON THE 4th OF JULY!!!! We were not charged an arm and leg for his services .. it was very affordable...He went above and beyond to fix the air conditioner... I will definitely recommend Lend way and Sons.... I had a water heater relief valve start leaking. I called Brandon and didn't even leave a voicemail, then he called me right back and stopped by the house on his way back from another job. Turns out it was the regulator that had gone bad and not the valve, and he was able to come back out after 2 days and get the whole system back up and running for an extremely reasonable price. To say the service was incredible is an understatement. Brandon is a consummate professional and it is clear to all involved that this is not just his business, but his passion and life's work to help folks out with plumbing and HVAC. Phenomenal interaction all around, and it is great to know I now have a plumber on speed dial in case we need anything else down the road. Thank you so much, Brandon!
