“We just replaced our previous Infinity System furnace with a new Infinity Model 59TN6 B gas furnace. Everything went very well and without a hitch. Prior to purchase, Matt (service technician) came out to do some preliminary measurements, check entry/exit conditions and to verify that the current thermostat wiring would work with the new Infinity thermostat. He also showed us a couple models that would work for us as we wanted one that had the same, or better, capabilities as our other furnace, one that we were completely satisfied with since it's installation years ago. We selected the one we wanted (see above) and talked to Victoria about placing our order and scheduling the installation. Coleman-Mitchell worked with us on the pricing and we placed our order. The installer (Greg) arrived right on time on the scheduled date and proceeded with the removal of the old and installation of the new. He worked very methodically (was very meticulous and very efficient) the entire time and in about 6-hours our new furnace was running. I also noticed that Greg was very neat about everything... he kept the work area clean and his tools were organized, never getting scattered about. And each time he had to go upstairs for work on the new thermostat installation and setup, he put shoe covers on so as to not track anything on our carpeting. My wife and I very much appreciated Greg's work ethic and his skills in doing his job. I think most people don't necessarily like when they require the services of a contractor to do work inside their house (sometimes a necessary evil??) but Greg did a fantastic furnace installation job, kept everything neat and orderly and pretty much stayed to himself. Everything went perfectly with our new furnace installation, which is an indication that management at Coleman-Mitchell is vested in their employees training and customer satisfaction. “Excellent experience. First time home buyer here and naturally nervous about all things. We really needed a new hot water tank. Right from the beginning, Kowalski heating was super helpful. They came out for a free estimate and gave me detailed tips. Jeremy, the technician who fixed our hot water tank was awesome. He was very detailed and communicative. “I've been using Ted Thompson for maybe a year for regular service of AC & furnace. Even before their first visit, Tammy talked me out of paying them for service she knew based on her expertise that I didn't need when I called them to schedule. Rob, the technician I have met, is always friendly and obviously highly competent. Early last night my furnace died in the middle of a spell of sub-freezing temperatures. Rather than calling a 24-hour service, I stuck it out overnight in the house and called Ted Thompson first thing this morning. Rob was out here by 11:30 and had my furnace up and working again in under an hour. Literally a life-saver. I cannot say enough good things about this small but mighty team, but they have my business for life now. FWIW I posted on social media today about how great they are and another complete stranger from the pgh area commented "I know those folks and can confirm. Rob is the best and I could not recommend them enough!!" Strong agree!!“

“Mark is a great, down to earth, and reasonably priced plumber. We have an old house in Mt Lebo and discovered water leaking from the back of our bathtub faucet. I’d been so anxious to find a plumber knowing it can be tough in this area to find one who won’t overcharge. Mark came over and immediately gave me 2 estimates, talking me through all the details for both. I felt confident in my decision and he was able to do the fix quickly the next day. I’m so relieved to have found a great plumber!“

“These guys are the best. They installed my furnace back in 2018 and just replaced my AC this year. They work fast and are friendly, fast and professional with reasonable prices. When my furnace went out in February of 2018 we called and they showed up within 2 hours of the call with space heaters in hand, Had my furnace in within a day. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. Even saved me money when they fixed an electrical problem I wasn't even aware of at no extra charge. Honest fair and good people, I have recommended them to family and friends and would recommend them to anyone. Great company run by good folks.“

“I must say I am very surprised at all of the one star ratings. Josh with Mark Allen has come out twice for me only for seasonal check ups on my air conditioner and furnace but I have been so very pleased with them. Josh came out last week and it was The next day after I had had to put my 18-year-old little doggie to sleep. I wasn't even going to come out of the bedroom since I had a friend over but when I learned it was Josh, I did come out and he was just so nice. He had the same experience week before and he actually made me feel better. I feel they did a great job and Josh even got me an additional discount.
