“We just replaced our previous Infinity System furnace with a new Infinity Model 59TN6 B gas furnace. Everything went very well and without a hitch. Prior to purchase, Matt (service technician) came out to do some preliminary measurements, check entry/exit conditions and to verify that the current thermostat wiring would work with the new Infinity thermostat. He also showed us a couple models that would work for us as we wanted one that had the same, or better, capabilities as our other furnace, one that we were completely satisfied with since it's installation years ago. We selected the one we wanted (see above) and talked to Victoria about placing our order and scheduling the installation. Coleman-Mitchell worked with us on the pricing and we placed our order. The installer (Greg) arrived right on time on the scheduled date and proceeded with the removal of the old and installation of the new. He worked very methodically (was very meticulous and very efficient) the entire time and in about 6-hours our new furnace was running. I also noticed that Greg was very neat about everything... he kept the work area clean and his tools were organized, never getting scattered about. And each time he had to go upstairs for work on the new thermostat installation and setup, he put shoe covers on so as to not track anything on our carpeting. My wife and I very much appreciated Greg's work ethic and his skills in doing his job. I think most people don't necessarily like when they require the services of a contractor to do work inside their house (sometimes a necessary evil??) but Greg did a fantastic furnace installation job, kept everything neat and orderly and pretty much stayed to himself. Everything went perfectly with our new furnace installation, which is an indication that management at Coleman-Mitchell is vested in their employees training and customer satisfaction. “Excellent experience. First time home buyer here and naturally nervous about all things. We really needed a new hot water tank. Right from the beginning, Kowalski heating was super helpful. They came out for a free estimate and gave me detailed tips. Jeremy, the technician who fixed our hot water tank was awesome. He was very detailed and communicative. Our hot water tank was from 1988 and a lot of updates had to be made. He was super knowledgeable and also cleaned everything up before he left. “Mark is a great, down to earth, and reasonably priced plumber. We have an old house in Mt Lebo and discovered water leaking from the back of our bathtub faucet. I’d been so anxious to find a plumber knowing it can be tough in this area to find one who won’t overcharge. When my furnace went out in February of 2018 we called and they showed up within 2 hours of the call with space heaters in hand, Had my furnace in within a day.
