“We hired Munz to do a kitchen expansion and remodel in addition to construction of a new covered staircase outside of the back door. We could not be happier with the final product.

“Ed and his crew did a fantastic job at my rowhome in Fishtown. They replaced vinyl siding on my 3rd floor (which entailed putting up new plywood across the entire wall) as well as replaced vinyl siding with LP Smart siding on my 2nd floor. Ed was meticulous and corrected a number of underlying problems that were discovered after the original siding was removed. “Had a window broken during one of the many windstorms this spring, went to a local glass shop, they specialize in glass showers not windows. Uncle bob's was kind enough to recommend R&R, I called, brought the window over , normally a morning drop would be ready that afternoon. The in house repair guy was on an emergency house call, so mine wouldn't be ready until next afternoon. Got a call that evening, will be ready for pick up 8: AM. Did I mention the opening at my house was during the recent heatwave. Had the window back in place by 10 AM. I won't hesitate to return for my window repair needs, not to mention recommending R&R to anyone else that could use glass replacement. Cost was very reasonable especially the short turnaround time“

“Very pleased with this company. They provided an honest, competitive quote for the window and siding work to be completed. In my case, the work was more extensive with rotted wood that needed to be replaced under the siding. They were very professional and organized and were able to handle the replacement of the structural supports and plywood that was rotted due to lack of any moisture barrier (Tyvek) being installed under the vinyl siding during the initial house construction by DeLuca Home Builders. The crew was amazing as well. On time every day and worked hard for long hours to get the project completed. I am very happy with the new windows and siding that was installed.“

“We hired KPI2 to purchase and install all new windows on our Town House. After working with KPI2 for other projects, as well as being the primary contract for our HOA, we knew they would the ideal company. Their team showed up on time 3 days in a row to complete the install of new windows and a back door. They were professional and cleaned up completely (no nails hiding in the grass or crevices) after every day. They replaced any framing wood that may have been needed as well as ensured all siding was put back up correctly with the appropriate waterproofing (something that the original contracts of the house neglected to install). They go above and beyond to ensure they do the highest quality work possible and stand behind their work.“

“We got new windows for our upper floor of our split level house. We decided to go with the okna casement windows. The experience was overall very great and cost effective in comparison to other vendors (about 3k less than closest competitor). The staff were friendly, cleaned up any messes they made and were generally good to have. We needed new windows as our seals had failed which was killing our AC bill and making the rooms way to hot.

Here is a rundown as to how our experience went.
- Materials were ordered, it was a little quiet but once the materials arrived they were ready to work.
- They were able to install the windows EARLIER than expected which was great for us!
- During the work process I was home and was able to ask the installers multiple questions, they were able to answer them with confidence, no issues there.
- When a hiccup occurred (needed wood due to wood rot on existing frame), they were able to inform me of both what was wrong, demonstrate it, and tell me how much it would be for both extra materials and labor (total it was around $150 iirc).
- The install was finished in 2 days and the debris were removed.
- During the final walk through the next day I was able to bring up a concern regarding caulking and the manager fixed it sight on scene.
- In the time we've had the windows (3 months) there have been no issues.“
