My children and I have been going since 2016. This was a particularly hard time for our family and with the direction of Sensei Alexander and Joshu Bob Smith. They gave my son and daughter focus and direction. For me they have helped me with my weight loss journey.
The best thing about this place and the most important is that the owner and staff are actively relevant in mixed martial arts. You know that you or your child will get the right training from people who love and respect the sport.
I have been training here for a year or so under Sensei Craig Alexander. This is an awesome place and a tight knit family. These guys take care of you like one of their own…from a fitness to a fighting level, they take you the extra mile to be the best you can be! Heck I participated in a kickboxing tournament at TS’s Challenge of Champions this December…something I would never have ever dreamed of actually doing! Kudos to Sensei Craig Alexander his team (Senpais Bertie, Cheryl, Amir, Ethan)! Osu!
