Right Aid Home Care is a very professional agency. The Direct Care Workers are respectful, come to work on time and do their job. My grandmother was a client of them for 5 years, until her passing and she never had one issue. You can always get in touch with the receptionist and or HR staff. I truly recommend this agency if you would like exceptional and professional care for you or your loved one.
The home health care aide was a great fit for our needs. He was dependable, efficient and built an excellent relationship with the patient (my dad).The contact person for billing was very knowledgeable of the business and was patient and understanding with listening to the needs for our family.
