They did some things remotely (bug text photo, Google maps) but came out quickly to measure and do the estimate when an old-house complication came up. It did take a few weeks to get government clearance and schedule but then they were right on time and pretty darn quick and left everything good as new. They didn't even scare away the nesting duck behind the trellis.“

Tony and James were professional they set traps baited them and explained the process. However, most importantly, he was VERY honest. After taking a careful look around the entire perimeter and attic, he determined there was no issue. “I own a rental property in the Langhorne. My previous tenants left it in an uninhabitable condition, before going out to clean the property, decided to called Expel Exterminating to do a general pest inspection of the house.
