The woman who helped us with our insurance information was able to give us different pricing options based off of what we wanted as far as add ons. For years we used a big name provider and I cannot imagine why we stayed for years there with them. Feasterville Family Eye Care makes you feel like a person and not just another number. Dr. Verna is hands down the best eye doctor I've ever worked with, and I've been wearing glasses since I was about 8 years old.Today, I brought my husband along for his first-ever eye doctor appointment, and we had our three kids with us (ages 1, 2, and 3). From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, which is no small feat when you have three little ones in tow.The staff even gave each of our kids a pair of complimentary sunglasses, which they absolutely loved. But the biggest reason I keep coming back is the integrity of the doctor.In all my years of visiting eye doctors, I have never encountered a doctor as ethical and honest as the one at this office. Dr. Verna gave me hope when she told me that it's possible for eyes to improve. I've been wearing glasses and contacts since the fourth grade, and every year, my prescription would increase at other offices. Even when I told other doctors that I didn't think an increase was necessary, they would ignore me. The result? Headaches for months on end because the strength was too high.But Dr.Verna listened to me and told me that my eyes had improved, so my prescription needed to be adjusted to a little less than it's been all these years. “Dr. Rosenthal gives the most thorough eye exams of any eye professional I've used. He's also a great conversationalist and makes me feel at ease. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism so much so that I go out of network and pay out of pocket to see him, even though I have an eye plan that will cover exams in-network.“

“I only visited their office twice since new owners took over.Since then they've upgraded to do more then just a normal eye Dr's office. Once for my daughter who had pink eye and for myself where I have multiple issues going on with my eyes.The assistant who took all of my tests did a great job and was able to answer questions about all the different machines they have.The doctor was much more informative, as you would hope, when answering my questions. Also, she took the time to hear about all of my issues even though I probably told her the same thing over a few times.I'm probably going to upgrade to 5 stars after a couple more visits but I can't do it until I have more visits under my belt. “I saw Dr. Han at her new office for the first time. Dr. Cynthia Han is a cut above anyone else out there. I would visit any eye doctor for many years and felt they were all the same. However, Dr. Han took her time and was very thorough, giving me eye tests on various medical machines I never saw anywhere else. Dr. Han would explain every test she gave me and why. Her sense of commitment and detail to the patient's care impressed me. During the last battery of tests, she observed a freckle on my left eye, which she explained could have been there for years. She asked if any other eye doctors I have seen ever mentioned seeing the freckle on my eye. I explained to her the previous doctors never saw the freckle. She asked me to come in a few months later to follow up to monitor the freckle. I did return for a follow-up visit and was happy to report the freckle did not change in shape and size. I was relieved at this time and thanked her for taking the time for her comprehensive eye examination. From now on, she is my go-to person for my eyes, as I am confident they are now in good hands.The office has multiple exam rooms, and the waiting room was very welcoming, with a large selection of glass frames for a one-stop shop. The assistant was also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The location is in a great, safe area, has ample parking, and is close to many other places of interest.I wanted to share this review with you as Dr. Han is a private practice, and she shared she wanted to give the best-personalized care for her patients. I do not see this in the big chains I used to visit.“

The sales person, Aruna, was also nice. She was very helpful but not pushy when I was looking for new frames. Store is on 2nd floor of Macy's by Easton Road.“
