This tax man will not get back with me I have tried for 7 months when you call his phone it's either full you know he listens to the messages cuz you'll call a week later and he erased everything and you can leave a message but he'll never ever call me back IRS wrote me a letter

Whatever you do don't he will never get back with you ever ever ever look at the reviews he yells at people I've called them for months and months and months mailbox always full and if it's not then I've left messages he can care less about you don't don't

I also was referred here when my tax preparer of 30 years passed away unexpectedly. Was I upset that my taxes were not done by April 15? Yes. I called and left messages like other people. My taxes are now complete, I got a chance to talk to him and saw how overwhelmed he got when someone else’s work load got dumped on him unexpectedly. I am a business owner, it happens. We are also people with lives.
