They did annual air conditioner maintenance service for me this time for $89. The service guy Nick was very friendly. He pointed out the location of air filter for me. It turns out the filter has never been replaced for the past 4 years since I moved in. It was very helpful to me. Also he checked the air handler condition and the freon level.
