In 2000 we used Country Club pools for our inground liner pool and their work was exceptional. In 2012 we used them again for a new liner and once again , exceptional. Now in 2023 we used them again and yet once again, exceptional. They have always been on time and the installers were very polite and knowledgeable.
Country Club Pools was recommended to us by a friend while researching pool companies in the summer of 2020. We had spent months researching and reading reviews on every pool company we could find in the PA/NJ area. . From the initial meeting/quote, Country Club really stood out as being honest, upfront, and willing to answer any questions we had. I wanted to like this company because they seemed like nice local people who have been in business for a long time. Perhaps the lack of attention to detail has been because of overwhelming demand but our experience with this company has been less than stellar. We first went under contract and discussed design in 2020. The inground build started in 2021. First, during design we had talked about a bench in the deep end as a swim out. The team shows up with a fiberglass, angled bucket seat to install in the pool.
