I needed the latest software on my computer so I could take a proctored exam. My computer had crashed when I tried updating my software from El Capitan to Big Sur. Within a day's time, Alex was able to revive my computer and even have Big Sur running on my computer. He saved me from having to get a new computer and I was able to take my test! Very helpful and accommodating. They dont have much of a selection on hand but can get whatever you need. I purchased a power supply and realized it was the wrong one. They took it back no questions asked.
