Did a great job initially. Then one of the LEDs Kevin put in failed and I learned the parts were from 2017. The product failed and he didn't stand behind it, nor did the manufacture. I asked for a repair and additional service and you can't get a return call or reply to text or email. Perhaps he is too busy. But a reply and an explanation would have been nice. I wound up having to purchase the part and put it in myself. Now I need another electrician to do the additional work I had wanted Kevin to do. City Wide came to fix a junction box and an outlet. They were prompt and Kevin was very patient and thorough. I was happy with the job and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical issues.Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

I called to schedule a quote to have a line run for my pool. The told me they would be here around 9am. Called at 9:30 and was told they would be here by 10, no call and no show. Called to inquire and suddenly all calls go to voicemail. Bad first impression guys, I can't trust you with important electrical work that needs to be done on a schedule if you can't bother to show up for your first appointment on time or even call to say you will be late.Service: Installation
