Find another contractor. I chose this company to remove an existing driveway and lay down new pavement. I opted for the upcharge for a thicker, supposedly longer lasting driveway. Fast forward, I notice some puddles in the driveway forming and I didn't think much of it. Maybe now, 2-2.5 years the puddles seem to have gotten bigger, so I take some photos and send to FCI. They take about 2 weeks to respond via email. After about a month and a half, finally someone comes out to look, this person ignored the fact that I had just seal coated the driveway and walked onto the freshly laid sealer.
