Today I saw Marissa and had an overall positive experience. Despite being anxious I felt very comfortable and Marissa was very knowledgeable and very nice when I had asked a lot of questions!

The staff at the Farrell office are great. But if you need anything more than a filling or cleaning done you'll need to go elsewhere. My options where Slippery Rock or Meadville but S.R. was booked far in advance. Please Primary Care...full service

The scheduling staff and sometimes the staff behind the desk are rude no phone or patient care etiquette at all. They’re the first and most times last patient interaction, and they make me not want to come here. However, I’ve been seeing Dr. Crossgrove since I was a kid (20 years). He’s always been nice to me and listened to any problems I have with my dental care.
