    Allan Polohonki of Falls Creek, PA was found in breach of contract in DuBois City Magisterial Court and ordered to pay damages to the plantif. Mr. Polohonki's paid helper, Bob, did admit on cross examination to he and Polohonki consuming 4 bottles of wine while performing work in the unoccupied home of another.
