“Erica left this Mom speechless. Not only did she manage to squeeze our daughter in for a semi formal up-do, she made our wheelchair bound teenager feel like she was on top of the world!! The entire facility is handicapped accessible and extremely welcoming. Our daughter was immediately greeted and handed a bouquet of flowers that matched her dress for the evening. I could barely keep myself together as our daughter’s eyes filled with tears as she received them. How incredibly thoughtful and so special. We provided Erica with a picture of what our daughter wanted and she NAILED IT!! Exactly what she wanted. Her hair is gorgeous! She is having the best night of her life!!
