Horrible services, Every time come here he is in drunk and can't walk well like shake. he forget to take his own things, but still charge your strip. just small part is broke，order new one to put it that is，right？？？i don't understand he used 3 weeks to came and back to put the part in, charge too expensive，It's very unprofessional,Not recommended at all
Just don't do it. Things were fine for a year or so. Then a slow drip caused me to open up the shower install. Find out he didn't use all the parts provided with the faucet, so there were leaks behind. He soldered pex fitting into valve body. Why? I'd have paid the $8 extra for connectors. Must not have taken out the cartridge when he soldered because we can't get it out to fix the drip. He didn't mount the valve body onto the wall properly so it's loose. All in all, shoddy work that i'll have to pay to have redone. There are good people out there. Find them instead.
Kurt is a sincerely good person, and a hard worker. He is fair and honest. If there is ever a problem, Kurt is here promptly. No hidden fees, no up charges; just a great, reliable plumber.
